NCDMB NOGAPS ODUKPANI PROJECT

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Construction of Administrative Building and Gate House for the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) at the Nigerian Oil and Gas Parks Scheme (NOGAPS), Odukpani in Cross River State.

This includes construction of a Five Floor Administrative Building made of Reinforced Concrete Frames on Pad foundation carrying a 1,000kg Lift; External walls made of sandcrete blocks and internal demountable partitions, Area: 1,184square meters.

Construction of Two Floors Gate House made of reinforced concrete frame on an area of 692 square meteres.
