Completion of the main building and external works for Former Rivbank Building.
The works covered by this contract comprise the complete execution of and maintenance during the defect liability period oof the following works:
1) Demolition
2) Structural integrity test on existing building
3) Completion of the main building
4) External Works
The main building comprises of a bsement , ground and six upper loors. It measures approximately 40721 x 21000 x 27150mm high.
The main building structure has been completed about 30 years ago and therefore required structural integrity test to ascertain the stability of the entire structure
